TPO Roofing Repair
TPO is the most common single ply system on commercial buildings across upstate New York, and it is the membrane we are called out to repair most often. Most TPO roof repair jobs fall into one of three categories: heat-welded seam failures where two sheets of membrane have separated, punctures or tears in the field of the membrane, and flashing failures at parapet walls, drains and rooftop units. Every one of these is repairable without replacing the roof, provided the membrane still has service life left in it.
Paramount's crews are manufacturer-certified for TPO roofing repair, which means we can weld new membrane to existing sheets in a way that keeps the manufacturer warranty intact. That matters. A repair done outside of manufacturer specification can void the warranty on the rest of the roof.
